This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. This property was perfect for our needs! Great home with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay, as we were there almost three weeks. Just a couple blocks away was a cute town square with amazing restaurants-like Flippers (best pizza I’ve ever had!!! And great wings!) and 4th Street Bar and Grill that had an amazing firecracker shrimp bowl I had four times while I was there! Winn Dixie grocery store, Target and lots of other stores close by but also very secluded in a mostly quiet neighborhood…although the Sandhills Cranes got a little rowdy at times! I would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in the Lake Mary area!

Great host. Great location, communication and the house was very clean and ready. Had to extend our stay a few extra days and host was very accommodating and quick to respond and extend our stay with no issues. Very easy process. Would stay there again.
